Centennial Park Remodel

We're excited to unveil our latest renovation project, showcasing the transformation of this beautiful home. Our team undertook a complete gut renovation, creating a fresh, modern space with a touch of elegance.

The heart of the home is now a warm and inviting kitchen. We installed beautiful wooden cabinets, blending natural wood tones with modern design elements. The dual-tone cabinetry, with rich green lower cabinets and natural upper cabinets, adds a unique touch. Stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and stylish lighting complete the transformation, making this kitchen a perfect blend of functionality and charm.

The new hall bathroom features a striking combination of bold patterns and sleek finishes. The standout yellow accent wall adds a vibrant touch, while the granite countertop and matte black fixtures provide a contemporary feel. The custom-built shelves add functionality and style, making the space both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

We designed spacious and organized closets throughout with ample shelving and hanging space. The minimalist white finish creates a clean, bright look, and the high-quality wooden flooring adds warmth and sophistication.

Check out the original custom-built, fold-out ironing board integrated into the wall that was left intentionally during the demo process. It's a perfect blend of utility and design, making laundry day a breeze.

There is a gorgeous Dutch door that adds a charming touch to the back entrance, creating an inviting atmosphere while allowing fresh air and natural light to flow through.

The use of glass blocks in the primary suite interior wall not only enhances privacy but also allows light to permeate, creating a bright and airy feel throughout the space.
